To bring about Matron Team over entire hospital to walk all wards to enforce consistent basic / medical patient care
as individuals.

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM POOR CARE IN HOSPITAL
Hospitals
do not use your GP prescribed medicines that by your patient's experience has been proved to be best for them, as individuals. By brand or by kind.
Now why would the NHS pay for medicines from their hospital pharmacy, that were on the GP's budget cost and give medicines to patients in hospitals, that have not been worked with GP as effective as individuals?
This would appear on the face of it, to be against the best outcome of a patient's wellbeing in hospital.
This at a time when the Primary Care Trusts is having to find huge funding cuts.

GP prescribed medication immediate on your admission into hospital.
Recall to retrain all Nurses in England with university degrees into Trainee Junior Doctors,
with full tuition fees / bursary paid by government
