PURPOSE OF E PETITION
To save all patients from preventable harm and avoidable death by making doctors and nurses liable for their clinical mistakes, and so focus on patient care and yet save funding in hospitals, at a time when deep and savage public sector cuts are having to be done due to the Deficit of government national debt and the global Recession,
we are told by government.
Hospitals to have the presumption of preservation of life.
The government will send you a confirmation email.
Please click on the link they will send you to make your signature active for the e-petition.
The more sign such an
e-petition,
the more likely that a MP will take up the matter as a issue to debate in parliament to save us and our loved ones in NHS hospitals.
NHS medical records
A doctor does not need our consent to put a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) on a patient, but can still lie that they informed the patient (now dead) and the patient's family and nothing can be done about that. A medical record should be a report of evidence based fact, not any lie or falsehood a doctor wishes to write on it.
It should be a criminal offence to actively participate
in the cover up of clinical negligence.

Stop the NHS being charged £32 for a £2 loaf of bread
Bring in legislation on laws that stops the NHS being charged ludacris amounts for things that would otherwise be up to 16 times cheaper to the public, with the massive efficiency savings helping cut the deficit and improving investments to the poor state of the NHS.
