to be recalled to retrain as Trainee Junior Doctors,
with their tuition fees fully paid by national government
and them all granted a Bursary as standard.
To oblige in England to undertake work placements in Accident and Emergency departments in England's NHS hospitals outside of London and the Southeast of England.
To replace all degreed nurses on wards by bringing back the State Enrolled Nurse on wards, by rehiring State Enrolled Nurses and taking on nurses from especially India and South Africa where they learn medicine in English
and these to ward based train up current Healthcare Assistants on the wards to turn them into State Enrolled Nurses.
